Marcus got very defensive and rude when I asked him if he was the actual atterny and started to harrass me. He is not an attorney and several claims have been filed against him.

yeah...they called me too saying his name was HERMAN NEWMAN. whatever.....when he threatened to come to my job and arrest me i was so tickled that i started laughing and he hung up on me. Yes they do know too much info. about us but they cannot do anything with it unless they want it to be traced back to them. You have to agree to them doing so before they can take anything from your account. The game is to scare you so bad that you will do anything to avoid jail then you will agree to them taking money from you account to pay the dept off. Once you agree they got you. Hang up on them or harrasse them back like I do. The number is still good for now.

These people keep calling me even after I requested them to send me written notification on whatever they think I owe. Now they are calling extended family, neighbors and friends. They are rude and pushy to everyone.

This number called me again, I told them I looked them up on line and know they are frauds and that I am turning the voice mails they left me over to the fbi and I will be recording any future calls--my advice to all of you looking at this--record all future calls against this number and turn it over to your state attorney general who will decide if it should go to the federal agencys
